The Traffic Division falls under the umbrella of the Patrol Division and is responsible for the posting and monitoring of traffic signs, ordering and upkeep of Radar Units, Datamaster Units, and the maintenance of all Fleet vehicles.

The Traffic Division also organizes the numerous special projects throughout the year, such as Operation Buckle Up New York, Operation Safe & Sober, Parades, and Funeral processions.
